JNCTN Progressive Web App (PWA) is a browser based app that can be used on a browser or installed as an app locally on android and IOS devices.
Installing JNCTN App on an Android device.
On an Android device JNCTN app can be used on Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Samsung Internet browser. To install the app:
- Visit the https://jnctn.app URL on your preferred browser.
- Should see JNCTN can be Installed pop-up, click Install on the pop-up to install the app.
If the browser didn't display the pop-up to download app you can manually install the app by following the steps listed below.
- Click Options
on your browser.
- Click Install app
(Chrome and Firefox), Add to Screen
(Microsoft Edge) or Add Page to
> App/Home screen (Samsung Internet) in the options to install the app.
- Once the app is installed, you should see JNCTN app icon
on your device.

If you can not see the pop-up or if you have ignored the pop-up, close all JNCTN tabs on browser, clear cookies on you browser (for Samsung Internet) and retry.
Installing JNCTN App on an IOS device.
On an IOS device JNCTN app can be used on the Safari browser. To install the app:
- Visit the https://jnctn.app URL on Safari browser.
- Click Share
scroll down and click Add to Home Screen > Add to install the app on the device.
- Once the app is installed, you should see JNCTN app icon
It is important to make sure that your are using latest versions Android or IOS software versions to avoid issues caused by outdated software.
JNCTN app is built to work with most of the latest web browsers. We recommend you use the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge or Firefox browsers to get the best experience.
Updating JNCTN App
When an update is available JNCTN app automatically detects and the displays Update pop-up notification. Click download on update pop-up to install the latest updates.
