Recovery codes are required to transfer 2FA to another device. This is essential for when users lose access to their old device.
If you still have access to your device, click here
- Log in using your Username and Password at this link https://idp.jnctn.nz/
- When prompted with authenticator code click Don't have access to your device
- Enter your Recovery code and click Log in
- Click Two-factor authentication
- Select Set up another authenticator app and follow the instructions
Note: Recovery codes only work once so if you only saved one make sure to click Reset recovery codes
