If You have Not Allowed or Blocked the camera access to JNCTN app on scan code screen and want to allow the access, you can do it via your browser settings. Instructions vary according to the browser you have installed the JNCTN app with. Please see the your browser specific instructions.
If you have installed JNCTN app using
Samsung Internet Browser
- Open the Samsung Internet app
on your Android device.
- Tap the menu icon in the bottom right corner.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll down and select Site and downloads.
- Select Site permissions.
- Tap to turn the camera, make sure it is turned ON.
- Select camera and see If the camera access to https://jnctn.app site is turned OFF, tap the site turn the access ON.
Chrome Browser
- Open the Chrome app
on your Android device.
- To the right of the address bar, tap More
- Open Settings.
- Tap Site Settings.
- Tap Camera.
- Tap to turn the camera on.
- If you see the https://jnctn.app site to use under Blocked, tap the site Allow to enable access.
Safari Browser

Open the Settings app
on IOS device.

Tap on Safari > Camera.

Scroll down to Camera & Microphone.

Make sure "Ask" or "Allow" selected.
- Open Safari browser and open https://jnctn.app URL in the browser.
- Tap on AA on the left side of the search bar.
- Select Website Settings.
- Tap Camera and select "Ask" or "Allow" to enable camera access to JNCTN app.
Firefox Browser
- Open the Firefox app
on your Android device.
- To the right of the address bar, tap More
- scroll down to Settings.
- Tap Site permissions.
- Tap Camera and make sure Ask to allow is selected
- Open https://jnctn.app URL in the browser
- Tap Lock icon on the left hand side of the search bar
- On Camera, tap on Blocked to change the permission to Allow
