You'll receive email reminders from JNCTN leading up to the expiry of your credentials. The email contains a link to your JNCTN profile that allows you to manage your credential information. When this happens, you will need to take the appropriate course of action, such as booking onto a new induction or refresher training course.
What happens after a credential is expired
Once a credential expires, they will be hidden behind the expired credentials toggle. If you wish to view all credentials including those that have expired, switch the toggle.
On your Virtual Card expired credentials will be labelled as expired and be greyed out
