The roles available in JNCTN are
Organisation Admin: this Role allows the user to manage everything for their organisation and members of that organisation.
Verifier: Can check credentials against rule sets.
Issuer (Also known as Trainer): Can issue credentials from an organisation.
Member: Has read and management over their own info only.
Roles can be set or changed by an organisation admin. To change a role the admin should select the member in the members table and select edit profile in the information panel.
On the edit profile you will find the role, select change and select the desired role.
If the user is not yet approved you will be prompted to approve the user first.
If they are changing to an admin role, the member will need to log in and accept the role within 7 days. You won't see that their role is changed until they accept the role.
