How to Check Another User's Credentials
Within JNCTN there is the ability to check other users meet the conditions of a location.
You can do this through the PWA, if you don't have this installed, instructions are here.
To check other credentials, take the following steps:
- Open the App or https://jnctn.app URL on your browser
- Click Login
- Enter your Email and Password and click Log in
- After logging in successfully, you'll be taken to the Home Page
- Select Check Credentials
- Choose the site you want to check against and click Select
- Your camera will open to scan the user’s credentials
- If you can’t scan, select Find Without Scanning
- You will be given two options:
- Use Search – Search by name, email, or code
- Use JNCTN Code – Enter the 9‑character code printed on the back of a JNCTN card
Choose your preferred option and select the user once located

You will receive one of the following outcomes:
- Conditions met – The user holds all required credentials
- Insufficient credentials – The user does not meet one or more requirements
Select View Reasons to see which conditions are not met.
N.B. If you believe you meet a condition and you get 'Insufficient credentials' please discuss with the site owner.
