You can update the issue date of a credential if it was entered incorrectly or needs to be adjusted. This helps ensure credential records remain accurate.
Before you begin
To change the issue date, the following conditions must be met:
- The credential must not be expired
- The credential must have been issued within the last 3 months
- The credential must not be a child credential
Permission requirements
You must be:
- An administrator of the Organisation that assigned the credential for Amber credentials, OR
- An administrator of the Organisation that is the Owner for Green credentials
How to change the issue date
- Sign in to the JNCTN portal
- Navigate to the Member’s profile
- Select the relevant Credential
- Click Edit
- Update the Date issued field
- Select Reissue to apply the changes
