If your computer does not currently have an up-to-date browser installed, you can download the latest version from the internet.
If the JNCTN application is running slow, won't load or isn’t displaying correctly, there are several things you can do.
Latest version of your browser?
First check that you have installed the latest version of the browser you are using - Check for latest versions of Chrome, Safari, or Edge an update if needed.
Clear your cache?
If you are working with the latest browser and still having issues using our Portal or APP, you may need to clear the cache or your temporary internet files. The steps to clear your cache vary depending on your browser. For more information, refer to How to clear cookies in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and other browsers.
