JNCTN App Update
When we release a new version of our JNCTN app with added features. You may need to clear the cache or hard close the app after the update to load latest changes. This varies by operating system

Firefox for Android layout issue
If you have downloaded the PWA from Firefox for android, after you log in there may be a black bar at the top of your screen.
This may limit access to parts of the screen.
There are two options to workaround this
- Open Firefox and change the setting for the address bar to appear at the bottom of the screen
- Download the application using Chrome
