Your credentials are a record of your qualifications and experience. They are used to assess and verify that you are qualified for assignment of various work tasks. Ensure all your relevant Credentials are added. You can also add other credentials you wish to store for your own record?
Other people can also enter credential information on your behalf, including Training Organisations or your Organisation Administrator.
To Add a credential select Add Credentials at the top of the screen
Select your credential by filtering on the relevant Organisation and Credential Category
Record the date it was issued. The expiry date will automatically populate
Select create and the credential will appear on the card.
As you have added this yourself the credential will appear red. It can be made Amber or green by the correct org admin. See understanding credential traffic light indicators
Can't see the credential you are after?
- Are you looking at the right organisation? The organisation field defaults to your organisation. Change this if you need to search on a different organisation, such as a training provider.
- Have you filtered on a credential category? You may need to remove the filter and broaden your search. Click on the category you have filtered to remove the filter again.
Still can't see it? The credential you need may not exist yet and may need to be created. This needs to be done by an Organisation Administrator
